1. Will implement and oversee design projects assigned.
2. Carry out various analysis and examination of production operations to optimize efficiency in a cost-effective manner.
3. Perform R&D on special projects to improve equipment and manufacturing processes.
4. Maintain record files.
5. Improve production processes, and planning and supervising the installation of machinery and parts in line with design plans and timescales.
6. Asist when needed with AutoCAD drawings for production and customers
7. Aid in trouble-shooting quality problems when needed.
8. Help with Quality Control personnel development.
9. Keep relevant staff informed on project progress.
10. Provide assistance to Maintenance department on projects.
11. Other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

Education – Four-year degree in Industrial/Manufacturing/Engineering or related field.

Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks and 3D design software

Skills:

Solid oral/written skills, must be well organized.
